I'm an instructional designer with a diverse professional background, including
big tech, telecommunications, change management, and higher ed. I've worn many
hats in the L&D space, including instructional design, project and program management, and learning technology for organizations including Seattle University, T-Mobile, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft.
Designing workplace learning strategy and materials is fun for me, and I enjoy working with all kinds of people to connect training to business results, solve performance problems, architect new programs, and evaluate effectiveness.
